Double Chocolate Lavender Cookies

Haven’t swooned lately? A batch of these cookies should do the trick! Rich cocoa cookies with lavender & dark chocolate chunks, based on the New York Times Ultimate Cookie dough.
Julia, author of The Roasted Root did a retake on the New York Times Ultimate Cookie dough, adding lavender, *swoon! And last month I tasted #Bovetti Dark Chocolate with Lavender for the first time – a moment I will never forget, *double swoon! Well, the lavender in the garden is looking fantastic, perfect timing for some delicious baked goods. And after the Bovetti I couldn’t imagine anything better than a cocoa overload, so here you go.
