  1. Hello, you have become an artisan baker since I’ve been away-seriously you blow me away, you are such an accomplished chef, writer, Mum and are just the loveliest person, beautiful inside and out. Feel so touched to call you a blogging friend. Thanks for linking up, linky is back tomorrow, hope you can join in x (sorry for the mushy comment) x

  2. Gosh – it may only be 7am but I want one of those now!! However I live in a house of 4 where half of them don’t like chocolate in puddings/cakes (they’ll eat chocolate bars though) – very odd! Oh well – remaining child and I will have to eat them all 🙂

    • Definitely the best solution! I’m always amazed to hear there are people who don’t like chocolate! …All the more for me 🙂

  3. They sound wonderful and the way you’ve folded them, almost like a filo parcel, is so, so pretty. Totally want to try these. Thanks so much for linking up with #recipeoftheweek. I’ve pinned this post to my food board and a tweet will go out later 🙂

    • I hope so too! I’m discovering more and more lovely things to do with them! But they’re not all that easy to get a hold of if you don’t happen to have a bush of your own!

  4. I plan to try these in the summer when my gooseberry bush is burgeoning with fruit. I often make fool or simple tarts, but adding white chocolate sounds like a lovely twist. Thanks!
