(Serves 4-5)

2dl fresh sweet gooseberries (I used a red variety) (155g/ 1 cup)

1dl caster sugar (85g/ 1/2 cup)

1tbsp water

100g white chocolate

3 tbsp milk (45ml)

1 egg white

1/4 tsp lime juice

115ml double cream (1 dl and 1 tbsp/ 1/2 cup)

    • They’re SO DELICIOUS! I just can’t tell you how tasty!! And if you don’t have gooseberries at home… Skip them and add lime zest instead (to balance the sweetness of the white chocolate) – absolutely fantastic 🙂
